I have received numerous sms's from Autopage to remind me that I can upgrade. I have upgraded to an IPhone (MTN) at the Parkview Autopage in Pretoria East on the 7 July 2013. (The sms's to remind me to upgrade has also not stopped yet!!!) I was told that they would have to order the handset, but that I would have it within 3-4 days. (Migration Request Reference Number R13070713) Since then, I haven't received any feedback. I must admit that I am not surprised by this poor customer service anymore. To tell the truth, Altech Autopage has become synonymous with extremely poor customer service (also based on many of our friends views). I just thought that (maybe) this time I would be lucky, but alas
