Network faults 3060501671 and SD111246

Bought a Giga200 sim on 1 June to replace the 8-ta 60GB 60GB sim I'd used in my Huawei E1752 modem inserted in a TP Link router for the year ended 31 May. It intermittently loses connectivity because the DNS server isn't responding. I've rebooted the router for the 4th time today after failing to post my earlier complaint because the web page was unavailable.
Calling or emailing customer services and technical support is a waste of time & effort - they cannot or will not help, nor do they have the courtesy to acknowledge emails. I've upgraded the modem software. I've emailed the same network fault report to the following email service addresses to no avail: [Email Removed] & [Email Removed] on 10 June, [Email Removed] on 16 June, [Email Removed]
& [Email Removed] on 20 June, [Email Removed] with copies to all of the above on 24 June.
Today I was told that call 3060501671 was closed on 10 June and call SD111246 was raised on 20 June.
The service departments do not work. The escalation department doesn't appear to exist.
The sim is unfit for purpose unless it gives sustained connection for email, Skype, downloads
