Email from a worker at vodashop :

The customer migrated to prepaid in 2011 already, but has been paying up until now.

I have found the issue. See below, The Migration date is set to year 2030.

She would now like her money back, and the line cancelled as initially requested."

I have phoned vodacom in November 2011 to cancel my 3G contract with them, and they have made the fault to migrate me to the year 2030 and from 2011 the debit orders is still going off on my bank account.

I have email the guys so many times now and no one is coming back to me. I want every cent back for every debit order that has gone through on my account and after I have received all my money they must cancel that contract.
