Bad attitude & poor service

Firstly I get a surprise when I check my balance today seen its the 21, I should be getting monthly airtime then its short by R25. I called the call centre to find out why, all I got was Bad attitude & poor service,

they told me it because of VAT 14%, but this VAT is shown on my statement, then they say its airtime VAT but the total Vat is included on the VAT I pay monthly.

the man I talked to raised his voice at me & was inpatient with me.

I don't mind paying VAT, but to pay it double & no communication was send, tats poor service
