I paid our vodacom account which just happens to be in my husband's name. I phoned to get it reconnected, even asked the cow on the other side to phone my husband to make sure I am his wife, my money is good enough? The woman decided to rather not speak to me, refused to confirm with my husband and hung up! Great service. Must say because of this he might loose a potential job 'cause I could not reach him, she would not reach him and even after getting more than what I owed, she refused to reinstate my service which was disconnected because my husband lost his job. Do they know what is going on in this economy, how do you find another job if you have to deal with such unhelpful people like these. Hope she finds out how desperately we needed this for herself through own experience.
