For an account moved to VIP account the services I have received is utterly disgusting! I had a Smart Standard S with 1GB promo data bundle, as soon as I migrated higher (which mean you all get more money and bigger bonuses) to the Smart 500s my 1GB promo data bundle evaporates into thin air! I have made it very known, I want to retain this 1GB promo data bundle and was assured telephonically that this would be no problem/issue. Your Managing Director doesn't even have the decency to even acknowledge your paying customers! You have today to rectify the situation and provide feedback in writing or I will pursue this matter with ICASA and start holding people accountable for their action re: and dishonesty. I do not accept the usual one liner, "we have passed your feedback onto the team". They do nothing more than provoke and frustrate me! Cause of all of your negligence I had to conduct business from a prepaid sim card as all the sim cards linked to Account no had been locked for arrears even though I paid in advance last month! Do you think this sort of behavior is acceptable? Put yourselves in the shoes of the customer...
