Unknown debit orde

Hi

I have a funeal policy that's quite new with Old Mutual that deducts R173 a month. Today is the 28th of December 2013, I received a notification that R173 and R500 with a ref OMMAXPERLS was debited from my account. Please kindly advise what is that for as I was never in arrears.
