I recently received my account and noticed that I was still being billed for BIS although I had ungraded and no longer had a Blackberry. When phoning Vodacom Customer Care I was told that I had to cancel this service. Do the people not think that when upgrading you should cancel the BIS or at least inform the customer to do so. Now I have to pay for this service even though it was not used. POOR SERVICE!!! Will seriously be changing service providers when this contract comes to an end.
