Was recently transferred to pre-paid from top-up and automatically put on the most expensive pre-paid package - no one told me a much cheaper option was available - try R30 for a 10 minute call.
Vodacom says on their website they have the cheapest prepaid in SA, but this is a clear out lie.
AVOID VODACOM - their business practices are designed to get as much money out of you without delivering any service.
