Get ready... this is ridiculous

Summary.

- They loaded the wrong contract.
- I signed for a 2mbps line... ended up with 40kbps
- Got almost all of my details wrong
- Gave me the wrong modem. (Luckily this point was rectified)
- BILLED ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!! (Cancellation fees for the WRONG contract that was loaded)
- Fails to get back to me after demanding to speak to their manager.

*Thanks to Calshi Technologies for helping though... you guys installed the antenna very well. (It is heartily appreciated)

@ Iburst... worst service EVER!!! And I am pretty sure just taking money out of my account is illegal!!!

I will take legal action if this is not immediately rectified.
