I am no done with MTN, if was first them changing BIZ to Absolute without any notification and the call centre agent told me I should have been paying for Whatsapp anyway as it was not covered by Biz. and now the network has been off line the whole day. I am a rep and rely heaving on my phone for emails and communication to office. All they can say is "sorry try again in an hour". Sorry doesn't cut it anymore.
I cant wait to recharge again cos I am going to recharge with Vodacom like I should have long ago. Only reason I had to change to MTN was when I bought the phone it was from an MTN outlet. We goodbye MTN and back to wonderful VODACOM
