On 03/02/2011 @ 8:24 i made a call to cell C to inquire if my contact has indeed been cancelled. The lady i spoke to confirmed that the cancelaltion letter has been received and that the contract has indeed been cancelled. To my surprise and almost 3 years later, i now receive a summons from Cell C telling me that i still owe them money for my contract which they confirmed to have cancelled then! This is just rediculous and absurd as i know i dont owe Cell C any money. The other point is that it took then almost 3 years to raise this matter with me as i have never received prior calls or correspondance from them!! I need this to be sorted out ASAP!!!
