Blackberry dead after repai

I have send a perfectly working Blackberry 9300 for repairs. The screen was cracked, but still working. They quoted me R2, 300 to replace the screen, which I declined and ask that the phone be send back. I received the phone back, but now it would not charge/switch on/it is dead. I have phone the helpdesk 011 6505111 opt 2, Job number T13051414. They promised that someone will contact me. It was a week ago and I have not heard of them at all. BAD BAD BAD service.
