Not resolved in 3 months!!!

Cell c promised to carry out an investigation of how my international roaming was activated, few weeks ago they came back and said i activated it in Jan 2012 via a prompt when you dial a certain number. This is utter bull, in 2012 i did not even know i was going to Bangkok in April 2013. Further more there is no prompt to activate international roaming in 2012. I want a recorded call or a paper had had signed stating i personally activated IR, how can i be billed for something i have not even activated!!!

2nd issue, i have even tried to make a pmt arranagemnt for the outstanding amount and cell c has declined the arrangement and has stated this will be handed over to the lawyers in 90days.

Please can i have proof of what i have requested weeks and months ago!!! Ruth was a person dealing with this and has just not come back with any solid recordings or paper trail, if i do not receive this by COB today, i will be taking this further to the Ombudsman. this is just pathetic service!!!
