I requested that my contract for one of my Virgin Mobile numbers be cancelled on 12 February. This request was forwarded to one of the retention officers at VM, Earl Strydom. When my next bill arrived, I noticed that VM ignored my cancellation request.
I sent another cancellation request to Earl, this was AGAIN ignored. Yesterday I looked for Virgin M's email address to send my complaint through to the client service centre, but for some reason this address is a state secret. I used the "contact us" fascility on the website, stating the urgency of my situation. I STILL have not heard a peep for VM.
Service is non-existing, I cannot believe that an employee gets away with ignoring a request 3 times!
