I must compliment the MTN store in Fountains Mall Jeffreys Bay on the staff they currently have. While being assisted with (to me a BIG problem) the staff was so friendly & helped me with such speed and efficiency. I find it disgusting how some patrons speak to the staff. I have witnessed on previous occasions how patrons are extremely rude & demanding but the staff stay calm & respectful throughout the altercations. Michael (I am assuming is the Manager) has gone the extra mile to make sure his staff are always polite & eager to assist. He himself has also on many occasions answered my "mundane" questions and assisted me with problems no matter how simple & everyday they might be. With a great attitude and pleasant demeanour.
Thank you for making sure my almost monthly stop at the store is always a pleasant one.
