I have been banking with FNB for three years now, and have never had a problem with them.

Everything works as it should, the online banking is very useful, and every staff member I have encountered - on the phone or in person - has been without fail helpful, polite, friendly and eager to resolve any issues I might have. Even the SMS alerts come with a smiley face!

I hear people complaining about their banks a lot, and it strikes me that it's important to give credit where it is due. Thanks, FNB :)
