I would like to say that ALL my dealings with Puzey and its staff has been great. They have always been friendly and helped out with my services and mechanical queries with prompt, friendly service. When my Odo cable needed to be replaced they warned me it would take a while as the parts were coming in through customs. Fair enough it took a while but was replaced free of charge under warranty. Other than that their services have been quick and they have always returned my calls when I have left messages for relevant people, which is surprising as that doesn't happen often these days.
I walk in with a friendly attitude and this has always been met by staff that are willing to help, maybe the people that complain about bad service should take a look at their own attitudes...
I am very happy with my bike - STX-200 and the staff (Kerry, Liz and Wayne) at Northgate branch.
PS it also amazes me that the people that complain about Puzey hide behind avatars and abstract user names... And most seem to have multiple complaints about bad service from various companies but no compliments registered on hellopeter... makes you think ..
