I need to blacklist a cell phone on MTN's network. Everyone and everything says to dial 173. You are buried under a load of mtn putrified rubbish once you get connected. I could find NO option of how to BL the phone. You are led from one piece of useless info to the next... it does not end. The MTN call center is a totally nauseating experience. What is it with these brain dead CEOs?? Are all MTN staff mentally challenged. Is there anyone employed there who has managed to drag their way through a school? All these m o r o n s are capable of saying is "Thank you for your call. Your feedback is very important to us" They lie, straight faced, to the consumer and continuously show the SA consumer the middle finger. How do we get the CEO's name and contact details. He or she needs to be taught a lesson!!
