I signed up a contract with 8ta last year March, I never had joy dealing with them from the word go, they overcharged me for several months & they promised to reimburse me but nothing till today. Earyl February 2013 the cancelled my lines without my knowledge even now they never reinstated them as promised. They do debit my account & I owe them Zilch. Iv been taken from pillar to post regarding this matter & lots of case numbers were given but still nothing is done. I have never come across such an incompetent comapany in my entire being, they just running a MICKEY MOUSE company. I wish MTN, VODA, VIRGIN & CELL C & school them to become better. I disguted with their service if that what they call it. I would never advise anyone to sign up a contract with them, I regret the day I put my signature on the dotted lines. The only thing they will say when you call is that the matter is been ESCALATED that's all they know!
