Unsolicited text messages and CellC not responding

Keep receiving spam textmessages from CellC. Sent an optout message but continue to receive texts. Called the call centre on21.06, was told would be resolved but still receiving messages. Called back today 22.06 (3rd attempt to try and resolve). Nkosi said would escalate and hopefully would be resolved byTuesday. I asked why its taking so long as continue to receive multiple messages daily. Response was to the effect that they have many complaints to resolve so good luck to me if they manage to get to mine eventually! Pathetic attitude, no apology from any call centre agent I spoke to for having to ask 3 times to not send me spam messages. Dont think Cell C understand the concept of customer service. Is it not illegal to subscribe consumers to services for which they have specifically asked not to be subscribed to?
