I have a contract with Autopage whereby I have a 2 Gig data sim. Between 26/04/13 - 02/05/2013, I was billed R9772.00 for overusage of data when security lock was put on sim. I have never ever gone over my data limit since having the contract. They put a security codeon the sim barring me from using the sim in any way what so ever. Now I am being billed R12 200.00 and the sim is security locked. Head Office is not helping in anyway what so ever, but only sent a excel sheet stipulating the size of downloads made with the dates and the time.

I have not made these downloads. The data is too big for the 16G phone I have. The data amounts to something like 110G that they say was downloaded. They tried debting this money from bank account and with the result, bank is charging mea R115.00 for each unsuccessful debit. I rode out how much petrol by going to find people to help me at mtn and samsung stores, as I am using samsung galaxy note and thought it was the phone. They made it clear that there is no way a 16g phone can hold that amount of data. Secondly the times is unreasonable as some is showing in the midtdle of the night and some when I am at work. Please help me.
