UNDERSTAFFED and NO ANSWER

My problems are as follows:

I need to get my phone repaired, but you stand in the queue for up to 30min every time. Staff are fine, no problems with the staff, but there are NOT ENOUGH staff on duty!! There is NO ONE answering the phones, which is understandable because there are usually 3-4 employees that have to service 8-10 customers.

UNACCEPTABLE MTN!!

My phone has been broken for 1 month. Ive been to the MTN store in Tygervalley at least 7 times with 0% success rate!!

If I dont get help NOW, Im going to take serious action!!
