Signing a contract with CellC Sandton consultants don't give all information to protect customer like making sure that one insures the phone, however when I discovered that I was not billed for insurance I called their callcentre to add the service only to be told that I cannot insure my phone because time has expired for this. The invoice i received states that you have an option to add the service yet I'm battling to insure the phone.
