My Name is Zahida Khan and i would like to complain about Vodacom. I went to visit a store and they informed me my account is in arrears and i need to pay R930 as i handed over to the legal dept. i wa not informed that my contract was bout to end and i need to cancel. now i was been charged without me knowing and now i aim in arrears. i find this very unproffesional as Vodacom being a leading service provider could not provide a service where someone from vodacom would communicate with me that my contract was about to end.
Please can Vodacom give me answers as what they are going to do to resolve this issue
