I am supposed to receive SM notifications of my data usage but am not receiving them. I have spoken to 4 agents, one of them (Ryan) spoke to Advanced data support and I have had two calls logged and incorrectly closed (as resolved). Telling me to subscribe to a VAS is not a resolution (Patrick Koma)
I was even asked to prove that they offer the service. (Really "Lucky"?)
Who or how do I make Vodacom understand that they are reneging on their General Terms and Conditions.
