Poor e-mail service

I am using a 3G Mtn modem which most of the time gives me adequate internet connectivity (albeit very slow!) But several times a day I will suddenly be unable to send e-mails. Receiving is fine and I can still connet to the web. I have tried to send a complaint form to them and each time it redirects me to a page headed "Have a Complaint? " and the space to fill in the complaint is full of broken code!!! The one time I could fill in my coplaint was nearly 3 weeks ago with still not response!
THere are so many ads at the moment about how they are increasing and improving their service, perhaps more of that time and money should be spent on the clients they already have!
What is the point of having half an e-mail service?
