I took out a contract 4 days ago - Sony xperia V on an anytime 200 contract. The sales person promised to call me back 3 times as he was busy. I understand but that is the first thing you should be taught in customer service is return a call. I get the phone and i guess its new so not many people will know about the functions, however there is a rep for Sony who they advised will call so they said. I call the store, in fact 2 stores and ask them to give me the number to check my balance. I was given 173, 555, 258, 16202, and a few others. Nothing works. Mtn cant help as its not their number. I know there is an 0860412412 number which is working hours only, so wat do i do after hours. I still don't know if its a chargeable call to me... which is totally unfair. Nobody knows. I made a call to Data supp (0112078017) which takes almost 9 minutes. To date i spent more time trying to sort out queries than personal calls. Sent emails and no response. Found out that their is a promotion for about 1000 free minutes that i need to use within a month or 5 months but was never told this when i purchased the contract. The adverts for the phone says it has 8gig on board but the phone has 4gb...
