My contract with Afrihost since i've joined them 7 Months ago has been like a bid toothache.
Promises being made and never kept. I was waiting the whole day today, again, to get back to me from a Consultant named Terrence. It never happens. Then they always pass the blame to Telkom, although Afrihost took over the line!
I want them to either answer or fix the slow speeds i am experiencing!
I'm paying for a 1MB/sec line uncapped and unshaped... It is never faster than300KB? sec...
This has been going on since DAY 1 and I'm sick of it. I guess I'll be getting quotes from their competition tomorrow...
False Advertising! I am strongly considering referring them to the Consumer Protection Act.
