Enewed contract after I cancelled twice

I have been at Nashua mobile a while now and have to say. the worst service ever. now my third complaint. my contract was due to end at the end of April and last payment in May. i went in in February and told them i don't want to renew it. again went in on the 14th of April and told them i don't want to renew it. went in now. and see that they billed a migration fee of R2800 to my account and renewed my contract. they have reversed my migration fee but will be billing me for this month. and this is unacceptable. i will go and cancel my debit order and pay for my other account. and not for the one that was supposed to be cancelled. looking forward to hearing from them. worst service i have ever had.
