I have a Cell C SIM that I use for data only. Cell C disabled the SIM because I seldom use it to make calls. When I tried to use it to call I got a message that I needed to recharge. I bought R50 through Standard Bank's iPhone App but it was never credited to my sim card.
I went into a store but they were extremely unhelpful and said I have to contact the call centre. I sent email via the website contact form 10 days ago but haven't even got a response.
Maybe they will respond to this???
