Illing n not stick to the arrangement

I hav a top up R75 with vodacom n was told to pay dat amount of which I arranged fr a debit order n they didn't debit as we arranged n all of a sudden I received a mail dat am on arreas of R175 n I called them and asked them what's the R100 for they told me dat its for arreas of which was never told of n it wasn't my problem dat they didn't debit n I took the contract for my boyfriend the same thing happend till now so sad that they disconnected (suspended) my boyfriend simcard he canmy calls nor sms till today. Worse that the statement that I received this month shows that they top up again but still we can't use the sim to make culls r anythng. They still add R100 for arreas for the airtime that can't use. PLS help me out my cell number is 0798863169i call me on my 079 number coz am responsible for the payment not him.
