We applied for migration on 31 May. today is 20/6/13 and I still don't have my new phone or contract.
we speak to various people but no one keep to their word, arrangement . we had 3 confirmations that the contract has been approved and phone dispatched, just to be told 3 days later that their is something short on the contract and we need to submit something else.
emails, don't get returned and you hold on for long periods of you want to follow up on your contract.
it seems that although Cell C give the lowest call rates... you also only get what you pay for.
