We gave up on Nashua to help us find a solution to get us connected again after a disastrous port to Cell C. Our last resort was just to pay the full cancellation fee on the newly signed Cell C contract just so that we can move it to another provider... but...

Nashua 'accidentally' deactivated the number of our chairman, instead of converting it to prepaid so that we can migrate it. (as requested).

The business interruption has been massive. Alternative banking arrangements had to be made (RVN's). Clients and partners had to be called individually and assured that it's just a temporary glitch.

... and now, after 24 hours of mayhem, constant pleading calls and emails we've only got 'assurances' that the matter is being dealt with as quickly as possible.

My experience with Nashua over the last 4 months has been that everything is fine - unless you want to make any changes, or request additional information. Any complaints are only responded to by platitudes (another soon to follow underneath I'm sure).
