Contract Not Done Properly

I ungraded my phone 2 months ago, asked to cap my phone on 2G.
My 1st bill came RIDICULOUSLY high, next month I checked in and n 10 days my phone ran up to 5g again!
I contacted Denise she said she did the 2G cap but sometimes the cap don't work and we sign a form that protect Vodacom... I queried with Vodacom and they said its impossible!! I contacted Denise again and she said we ever asked for a cap... DO YOUR WORK PROPERLY AND DON'T TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!
