My first complaint I logged on Hello Peter on 9 October. My SECOND complaint I lodged 10 days after that. The only correspondence from Telkom I received ARE 3 EMAILS IN TOTAL, asking for my account number. No one bothered to phone me or advise me on what is going on. I am fed up with Telkom. I just want all my subscriptions and my line cancelled. MY ADVISE TO ANYONE WANTING A LINE PLEASE TRY ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER AS TELKOM PROVIDES SERVICE & THEY DO NOT PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THEIR CLIENTS AT ALL. I have a good mind to go stand in the Telkom store in Mossel Bay with a big board stating they provide service.
