Tried to get a 1GB R29 capped account for testing. For some reason the telephone number was blocked struggled 2 days to get the number unblocked as they said they will contact me back to sort it out. Phoned back a 4th time and they still transfer me around from one place to another. So I decided to cancel the account. No money was deducted and service not running and now I have to fill in a cancellation form and send it back??? Service not even running and they ask me to do this time wasting. MWEB you will never see my money.
