Autopage adds the gust in 'DISGUSTING'

Imagine over 7 days ago I wrote a complaint, about our 2nd BBERRY Z10 handset, in one month and await the 3rd unit. We received an automated e-mail response from Autopage, saying I will be contacted by someone shortly, and 7 days later nothing at all, and not even our 3rd handset has been replaced. Shall we re-define disgusting, by your lowest standards? It is utterly shocking that businesses like these actually exist! A common courtesy call, where Autopage actually could pretend to care, just to save face, is not even on their cards for low standards. Question is: If we get our new fone and have it tested in the presence of an autopage technician, and the software crashes a 3rd time in-store, before we even get to take the fone home, will the fone be sent away a 4th time?
