No use, a bunch of useless e-mails

So after reporting an incident that is unacceptable in any country (besides south africa), MTN yet again has only generated a generic e-mail on taking action and nothing is resolved either. Only disappointment has been generated by MTN and is a definite company that cannot provide any business solutions to expanding the economic value of South Africa. Good Job MTN for failing at keeping your promises.
