Very slow data

I have experinced very slow data on my iphone4 for the last 5 days I have conntacted mtn and they are blaming my service provider - I have spent 2 hours at my service provider and they say it is a fault at MTN . this data is so slow it is unusable - the call cwntre are of no help at all and keep paqssing me from person to person. This is very poor service from mtn - please sort ti out
