Since March 13 I have struggled firstly I ordered a line move, which after 30 days I phoned them to check they said cannot be done due to insufficient infrastructure (Thanks for letting me know) then I ordered a wireless which after another 30 days I phoned them, they said they lost the order! I then cancelled everything and told them in April that they are billing me for the first order which they were unable to install and true enough I got another bill last month and now again... which I have logged 3 complaints about already and gotten many reference numbers without anybody ever solving any of my disputes.
