We have now been waiting in excess of 2 weeks for our problem to be resoved, we have had e-mails from the branch, telling us they WONT resolve the problem, and we have had e-mails from head office saying they are investigating the problem... who do we believe, my daughter still does not have any data and my husband, who was on an open contract now has a limit and data he cannot use, no internet services and no BBM. Can one company be so ignorant of customer service and customer loyalty. I bet if we took this long to pay an outstanding account they would all be jumping and phoning and cutting off our services...
