My internet services have been down since Sat, 20 July 2013.
after logging a call on that day, i was subsequently informed that my call was logged and i would receive support form the data department in 24-48 hours. come Wednesday, 24 July, i then contacted them myself again to enquire to any potential resolution on my query. i was told i would be contacted by a member of that data team. when i again called on Thursday, i was told i was unable to be reached, despite my cell being on and active as well as them having my email and work numbers. no voice-mail or 'missed call' sms was received either!
it is now 10 days since the loss of service and still i await a call.
Obviously shows how much customer care is valued at 8ta and Telkom! long as you paying on a contract for services, NO reasong to resolve the issue and of course i wont receive my lost data or a refund for this month!
Not to far behind the useless Cell C are Telkom Mobile. can advertise cheap services all you like, pointless if the ability to actually USE these services is continuously hindered!!!
