Unable to assist after 2 months of continuous call

8ta suspended my line due to one month of late payment. 2 months after payment was made my line was still suspended. i then called them and they advised me my line was unsuspended. this was untrue as i am to this day still not able to receive any calls. I have called the call centre everyday to try to sort this out but all in vain. i then called them again last week monday and they logged a case with the technical department and advised me that it would take 72hours to be sorted out. it is a week later and i just called again to advise them that i am still not receiving any calls and they keep telling me its with the technical department. I called the store in a final attempt to get this sorted and the person at the Westgate store told me that he does not see that they logged a case. I am to the point where i am going to the store tomorrow, giving them both Blackberry Z10's that im paying astronomical amounts for and cancelling both contracts if this cant be sorted today. I must just add that this is the worst service provider that i have ever had to deal with. They are full of excuses but no solutions to my long standing problem. I would NEVER advise anyone to deal with 8ta mobile
