Bongi phoned back saying that Albert v/d Walt would go into the matter. 25/402013 Maureen phoned me 3 time's she said she has cancelled the ADSL and that I must pay R255.42. which I paid the same day. 8/5/2013 I spoke to Ronel Koopman Ref:26901570 she said I must pay R425.00. 20/5/2013 there was a dispute logged Ref:26915894.22/5/2013 12h24 Gloria Mzima - going to anel ADSL and get back to me which she did no. 23/5/2013 Fikile kept me on hold.2305/2013 12h12- Cancelation of ADSL order action Ref 79140733A received on my cellphone..25/5/2013 Deblo Maweni will get back to me (dispute) 28/5/2013 A Despute of R342.68 has been created Ref no:26924383.14/6/2013 I spoke to Felicia she did not take any details to check my account I must sort it out with the ADSL, I asked for the manager which she said NO> 14/6/2013 08H11 i spoke to Alida she said I must pay the R932.20, This account is unacceptable as I hardly use my phone I never applied and gave anyone authority for a ADSL line. Need to have somoene that have brains to assist.
