After that wonderful call from (supposedly) the MD 's assistant- who promised that the case will be resolved - and quickly placed a resolved status on hello Peter, I am still awaiting feedback. How long does it take to correct errors made over the past 10 months - especially since I have sent details of the issues and even did the maths for you. Again the words stupidity and incompetence spring to mind. I will never recommend altech autopage to a friend or better still an enemy - that would be too cruel!
But surprisingly, the new bill is on time with a correct Charge for the data - so something changed but you still hanging on to the extra I paid. Clearly interest on that extra money sitting with you should be charged. After all, I am sure you will take action against me if I stop paying! Get your act together. And if you going to get someone to call me - make sure it's someone with some intelligence - and power to actually do something besides write a response on hello Pete
