I was charged a full months insurance fee, for 1 day of cover. When i queried this, it took me days to get hold of the insurance department and then the agent was rather arrogant. I asked for something in writing which has simply been ignored.
I have subsequently sent to emails to which I have have still not had a response.
It is more the manner in which my complaint has been managed that has me upset than anything else. I am sure MTN has standard practises, but if you cant put something in writing or respond to a customers request then the frustration and irritation in the matter just increases.
I have been dealing with the same agent who has not even had the courtesy to reply to me. And this is on a corporate account:-(
