NOT LISTENING TO WHAT I ASK

I logged 3 request to forward me confirmation in writing to verify that I have Veldfire cover as my policy website stated it to be optional. On all 3 occasions I was informed that I am covered. Each time, I again requested what was said over phone in writing. None of my requests have been honored. On the last request-specifically speaking of ONLY my main home that i have both content building insurance-the lady informed me i that i dont have some cover and she will just add it for an additional R18.35.Sayin that i would now be fully covered. I thought it to be strange but thought she knew best as she works with this everyday. To my shock I received the policy and guess what... the amendment was to the WRONG house that I was not even talking about. I am DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED. WHY DONT YOU LISTEN TO WHAT I ASKED AND SAID? HOW MUCH MORE PLAIN AND SIMPLE DO U WANT IT, BESIDES IN ONE SENTENCE-TO PUT IN WRITING THAT MY HOUSE IN DURBANVILLE IS COVERED AGAINST VELDFIRE DAMAGE? Kindly please remove the R18.35 fee of my policy that you loaded on the WRONG HOUSE and confirm it in writing once done to my e-mail adress.
