In november last year we attended to an emergency repair to a client insured by FNB, six months later FNB insurance has not paid out for the job. The call centre is a nightmare to get through to. I was often on hold for 30 minutes at a time and it took three weeks before I managed to get hold of an agent, who informed me that the person who was running the case had left FNB, we had to start all over again months later. I have resubmitted the claim multiple times and each time, I was put through to a new agent who cannot help with the case as it needs to get to the actual case agent, who has left FNB. six months later we are still waiting for a call back, an email and a response... after leaving multiple messages, no one cares and follows up. we still have not been paid after six month!
