One would believe that when a company like cell c makes an appointment with you to come out and investigate a complaint of no reception they would actually keep the appointment???
BUT the answer is they DON'T and DON'T even bother letting you know.
if this is how cell c expects to conduct their business than good luck to us all as customer service does not exist within cell c.
don't start wondering why your clients are unhappy with this level of "i don't care attitude".
just sad to see. all that is left is to cancel a contract and move to another network.
